We work with business owners selling something they've spent years — often decades — building, and with acquirers seeking to buy with care and discipline. Our work spans sell-side, buy-side, deal structuring and valuation, on transactions between $3M and $50M in enterprise value.
Our clients are predominantly Australian, but the buyer pool for quality mid-market businesses is increasingly global — and we're built to manage cross-border interest and foreign acquirer engagement.
